- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cook rice in water according to package instructions.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
- Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a bowl.
- Assemble bowls with rice, turkey, lettuce, and green onions.
- Drizzle with sauce and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Notes
- Use brown rice for a healthier option.
- Adjust sriracha for more or less heat.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
