- 2 slices bread
- 1/2 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 tbsp BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Mix chicken with BBQ sauce.
- Butter one side of each bread slice.
- Place cheese and BBQ chicken mixture between bread slices, buttered sides out.
- Cook in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.

- Adjust BBQ sauce to taste.
