- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cheddar cheese soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large oven-safe skillet, combine chicken, cheddar cheese soup, milk, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Separate biscuit dough into individual biscuits and place them on top of the chicken mixture in the skillet.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the biscuits.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
