Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a pie dish to form the crust.
- Bake crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
- Whisk egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and lime zest in a bowl.
- Pour the filling into the cooled crust.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until the filling is set.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
