Ingredients

Instructions

  3. Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  5. Add rice and chicken broth to the same skillet.
  6. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes until rice is tender.
  7. Slice chicken and serve over rice.
