- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix garlic, olive oil, thyme, rosemary, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Coat chicken breasts with the herb mixture.
- Place each chicken breast on a foil sheet.
- Top with lemon slices, bell pepper, and zucchini.
- Fold foil tightly into packets.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Open carefully and serve.
