Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix garlic, olive oil, thyme, rosemary, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat chicken breasts with the herb mixture.
  4. Place each chicken breast on a foil sheet.
  5. Top with lemon slices, bell pepper, and zucchini.
  6. Fold foil tightly into packets.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes.
  8. Open carefully and serve.
