A simple and flavorful one-pan dish featuring tender chicken and crispy potatoes coated in garlic and parmesan.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 medium potatoes, cubed
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss potatoes with 2 tbsp olive oil, half the garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, and paprika.
  3. Spread potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
  4. Rub chicken with remaining olive oil, garlic, and parmesan.
  5. Add chicken to the baking sheet with potatoes.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

  • Cut potatoes evenly for uniform cooking.
  • Check chicken internal temperature reaches 165°F.
