- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken breasts to the marinade, coating them evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from the marinade, shaking off excess. Cook for 6-7 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For best results, marinate overnight.
- You can grill the chicken instead of pan-frying.
- Serve with a side of vegetables or rice.
