Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together sugar, flour, and salt.
- Add eggs, melted butter, milk, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pie dish.
- Bake for 45–50 minutes until golden and set in the center.
- Let cool before slicing. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
Notes
- For a tangier taste, increase lemon juice to 1/3 cup.
- Store leftovers covered in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving if desired.
