Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
- Stir in macaroni, diced tomatoes, beef broth, salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 12-15 minutes until pasta is tender.
- Sprinkle cheese over the top and cover until melted.
- Serve hot.
