- 500g chicken breast, diced
- 500g gnocchi
- 200g basil pesto
- 100g grated mozzarella
- 50g grated parmesan
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Cook gnocchi according to package instructions, then drain.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and cook diced chicken until browned.
- Mix cooked gnocchi, chicken, pesto, and salt and pepper in a baking dish.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan on top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese melts and turns golden.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use store-bought or homemade pesto.
- Add cherry tomatoes or spinach for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
