- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
- Add warm milk, melted butter, and egg. Knead into a dough.
- Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
- Spread Biscoff evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon on top.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into slices.
- Place the rolls in a baking dish and let them rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 375°F for 20-25 minutes.
- Mix powdered sugar and milk to make the glaze. Drizzle over the warm rolls.

- Ensure the milk is warm but not hot to activate the yeast properly.
- Use a sharp knife or dental floss to cut the rolls cleanly.
- For a stronger Biscoff flavor, add an extra tablespoon of spread.
