  • 2 cups cooked pasta

Instructions

  2. Brown ground beef with onion and garlic in a skillet. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in tomato soup, cream of mushroom soup, and milk.
  4. Add cooked pasta, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix well.
